The collection draws on archive references while updating them with simpler silhouettes and more relaxed styling choices, such as slim-cut trousers, and a slouchy checked tank paired with a sweater tied haphazardly around the waist in a way that reads ease.
Elsewhere, there’s even a Western wear-inspired denim shirt paired with a floor-sweeping sequin and lace skirt, as Saab has loosened up his house codes.
Daywear is built around clean shapes and coordinated separates. The palette stays mostly light, with creams and beige, plus an acidic green that elevates the vestiges of Brat summer with a more muted chartreuse. Instead of the club, perhaps that girl is now going to garden parties in key lime pie-colored mini skirts. You May Also Like
Florals are present, but stylized as soft prints rather than overtly romantic, appearing on ruffled mini dresses and asymmetric tops. Tailoring includes an off-white pantsuit with exaggerated proportions and slim black capri trousers paired with a bustier and cropped bolero.
Eveningwear shifts into Saab’s more safely embellished territory. Key looks include an ombre sheath dress in lime and lilac, a pleated column gown in pale pink tones, and layered combinations such as a sequined jacket worn over a voluminous mini skirt. Corsetry also appears, including a burgundy paillette corset paired with a fluid black silk skirt.
The designer continues to expand his accessories ranges, with an emphasis here on clutches, new shoe shapes including T-strap high heels, and sunglasses as he builds out his universe.
